Hi, I'm Sam, a Vinyasa yoga teacher & sound practitioner based in London.

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic practice that links breath to movement, creating space to come back to yourself, one mindful inhale at a time.

I never felt especially connected to exercise growing up, but yoga offered something different. It helped me rebuild a relationship with my body, feel more grounded in my emotions, and approach life with a steadier mind. Over time, it became a way to return to balance, again and again.

In my classes, I hope to offer that same space: to move with intention, explore with curiosity, and nurture a more honest, supportive relationship with yourself. You might be surprised by what’s already there, waiting to be felt.
