Sessions can include any type of Vinyasa yoga, sound healing with crystal singing bowls, or a blend of both.

Immersive sonic experiences for deep rest and restoration.
Sink into the healing resonance of crystal singing bowls. My sound baths are restorative experiences—no movement required—designed to help you unwind, release tension, and reconnect with a sense of inner peace.
Sessions typically last 45–60 minutes and can be offered as standalone experiences or woven into workshops and retreats.

Creating space for depth and exploration.
I love teaching longer formats-themed workshops, multi-week courses, and extended classes (75–90 minutes). These often blend yoga philosophy, creative sequencing, and sound healing.
Past themes have included the yamas & niyamas, yoga sutras, elements, deities, and pose-focused explorations like backbends, balances, or shoulder mobility. I'm also open to co-hosting workshops with fellow teachers and joining studio schedules as a guest facilitator.

I've taught yoga for teams at Cundall, RAPP and others, helping staff reduce stress, improve focus, and recharge during the workday. Classes can be designed for all levels and adapted to your space, whether in the office or online.
