About me
Growing up, I never felt at home in my body, and I struggled to connect with any kind of physical activity - nothing ever felt quite right.
That started to shift when a close friend began her journey into teaching yoga. I joined her classes to support her, discovering studios and teachers across London. Very quickly, I was hooked; not just by the physical side of yoga, but by how it made me feel in every part of my life: calmer, more confident, and more connected to myself and others.
During lockdown, I practised at home almost daily, and as soon as studios reopened, I dove back in, eager to learn and grow. The more I practised and talked about yoga to anyone who would listen, the clearer it became: I wanted to share this practice with others.
Today, I teach Vinyasa yoga with the hope of offering others the same space I found: a chance to slow down, listen inward, and nurture a supportive relationship with themselves.
Yoga is a practice of self-discovery, growth, and healing, and my mission is to make it accessible, welcoming, and meaningful for every body and mind.
More recently, I began exploring sound healing through crystal singing bowls. I discovered that sound offers another pathway to the same destination yoga reaches - a place of deep rest, presence, and self-connection. Now, I weave sound into my classes, offer immersive sound baths for those seeking restoration without movement, and create bespoke sound experiences alongside workshop facilitation. Whether through breath and movement or through resonance and stillness, the invitation remains the same: to return to yourself.
