As the veil thins and the evenings draw in, this ninety-minute practice is an invitation to slow down and turn inward in step with the season. Autumn asks us to savour the last of summer's abundance before the earth cools, and to soften into the quiet that darker days bring, and this is a space to honour that turning in body and breath.
We'll open with grounding and meditation, easing into a mandala flow that moves you 360 degrees around your mat, echoing the natural turning of the year. From there we soften into yin, a slow, floor-based practice of long-held, deeply supported poses that let the body release and the mind grow still, all held to the sound of singing bowls. We'll close in an extended savasana wrapped in sound from every direction, with both of us playing together - crystal bowls, gong, and a spread of shamanic instruments layering around you for a surround-sound journey into deep rest.
This is a moment to gather the fruits of your year, set an intention for the darker months, and let yourself be held in the warmth and cosiness of the season.
