Join me for a special New Year Go Zen Yoga class - a space to slow down, reset, and step into 2026 with clarity and intention.
We’ll begin with a gentle 45 min slow flow and restorative yoga practice designed to calm the nervous system, release residual tension, and help you reconnect with your body after the busyness of the year just passed. Expect mindful movement, supported poses, and deep, nourishing breathwork to ground and centre you.
The practice will be complemented by grounding essential oils to enhance relaxation, before we settle into a 30-minute immersive sound bath. This deeply restorative experience is designed to support intention setting, encourage balance, and leave you feeling calm, clear, and renewed.
