    I’ve taught yoga for teams at Cundall, RAPP and others, helping staff reduce stress, improve focus, and recharge during the workday. Classes can be designed for all levels and adapted to your space, whether in the office or online.

  • Grounding, fluid, and heartfelt practices for your retreat.

    I love bringing a personal, human touch to retreats and events. Whether it’s a themed workshop, an extended class, or a full retreat, I tailor my teaching to the needs of the group — blending creative sequencing, storytelling, and philosophy with space for rest and reflection. My aim is to create an experience that feels meaningful, accessible, and supportive, so that everyone can leave with something lasting to carry off the mat.     I love teaching longer formats: themed courses, workshops, and extended classes (75–90 minutes). Past themes have included the yamas & niyamas, yoga sutras, elements, deities, and pose-focused explorations like backbends, balances, or shoulder mobility.
